What You Can Do

• ✓Upload your own photos and turn them into AI-generated video clips.
• ✓Share, download, and use the videos you create for personal or commercial purposes.
• ✓Create content for social media, promotions, events, and community sharing.

What You Cannot Do

• ✗Create content that puts words, faces, or actions on a real person without their consent. We do not support generating likenesses of real people — including public figures, politicians, or celebrities.
• ✗Make content designed to harass, threaten, defame, or deceive a specific real person.
• ✗Create or share non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Any request of this kind results in immediate account termination and will be reported.
• ✗Create any sexualized content involving minors. Zero tolerance — immediate account termination and mandatory reporting.
• ✗Remove, crop, or cover the "AI Generated" label on your videos. It is baked in for a reason and removing it violates these terms.

Your Responsibility

The videos you make here are yours. That means you are responsible for what you do with them — including making sure you are following the laws in your state or country before you share. We give you the tools; you make the call on how to use them.

What We Do on Our End

• ✓Every video gets a permanent "AI Generated" label on output surfaces, and exported files include provenance metadata.
• ✓Every video carries embedded metadata (C2PA) so platforms like Facebook and Instagram can automatically recognize it as AI-made.
• ✓We have an abuse and takedown reporting system. If something needs to come down, report it and we will respond within 48 hours.
• ✓We can suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. We do not negotiate on CSAM, NCII, or repeat violations.
