TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview

By creating an account, uploading media, submitting prompts, buying credits, or using ooh-ai, you agree to these terms. These terms govern access to the product, your use of generated outputs, and how we respond when someone abuses the service.

Permitted Use

• ✓Upload media you own or are allowed to use, then generate, edit, animate, or upscale outputs inside the product.
• ✓Download and use your outputs for lawful personal or commercial work, subject to any rights you need in the source material you supplied.
• ✓Use the service for creative, editorial, promotional, or internal work so long as your use complies with these terms and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

• ✗Impersonate, exploit, or falsely depict a real person without appropriate rights or consent. That includes deceptive likeness content, harassment, or non consensual manipulation of a real person.
• ✗Use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or deceptive content. That includes harassment, defamation, scams, and content that violates another person’s rights.
• ✗Create or share non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
• ✗Create any sexualized content involving minors.
• ✗Abuse the service itself. Do not try to bypass limits, scrape private data, reverse engineer private systems, or use the product in a way that harms reliability or other users.

Ownership and Responsibility

You remain responsible for the media, prompts, and instructions you submit. You also remain responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish, distribute, or rely on them. The service can help create content quickly, but it does not guarantee factual accuracy, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from third party claims.

As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you already have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and any third party rights in the source material, you may use the outputs you receive from the service.

Billing, Credits, and Availability

• ✓Paid features, subscriptions, and credit purchases are billed through third party payment processors.
• ✓Credits are product access units, not a bank account or stored cash value.
• ✓Pricing, models, feature availability, and service limits may change over time.
• ✓We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any model, or error free outputs.

Reports and Enforcement

We may review reports, investigate misuse, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with the law, or enforce these terms. If you need to report content or behavior, contact abuse@oohfixer.com.
