ooh-ai is a tool that turns your event photos into AI-generated video clips. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run the service.
Data We Collect
- Account info: Email address and name from your sign-in provider (Google, GitHub, or email magic link).
- Photos you upload: Used only to generate your video. We do not use your photos to train any AI model.
- Generated videos: Stored so you can access your history. You can delete them at any time.
- Payment info: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How We Use Your Data
- To generate videos from your uploaded photos.
- To manage your account and credit balance.
- To process payments and subscriptions.
- To respond to abuse reports and enforce our Terms of Service.
Data Retention
Uploaded photos are processed and deleted after generation completes. Generated videos are stored in your account until you delete them or close your account. Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate ooh-ai:
- Replicate — AI video generation
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare R2 — video and image storage
- Neon — database hosting
Your Rights
You can request to download or delete your data at any time. Contact us at support@oohfixer.site and we will respond within 30 days.
