Overview

ooh-ai lets you upload media, submit prompts, and create or modify generated images and videos. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when we share it with service providers, and what choices you have. The short version is simple: we collect what we need to run the product, protect the service, and support billing, moderation, and account access.

What We Collect

• ✓Account and sign in data: Email address, name, avatar, and authentication details supplied by your selected sign in method.
• ✓Uploads and prompts: Media you upload, prompt text, model settings, source references, and request metadata used to run generation and follow on workflows.
• ✓Generated media and history: Outputs, job history, session history, and related metadata so the product can show your results, retries, and follow on actions.
• ✓Billing records: Purchase, subscription, invoice, and credit activity linked to your account. Payment details are handled by payment processors, not stored as raw card data by us.
• ✓Support, safety, and technical data: Abuse reports, moderation notes, IP address data captured during certain account or safety events, upload session records, and service logs needed to keep the product working and defend against misuse.

How We Use It

• ✓To authenticate you, maintain your account, and show the correct history, credits, and billing state.
• ✓To send prompts, uploads, and workflow parameters to model and infrastructure providers so generation, editing, animation, and upscaling can run.
• ✓To store, display, download, reuse, and moderate generated outputs and upload sessions.
• ✓To process purchases, subscriptions, credits, receipts, fraud checks, support requests, and safety reviews.
• ✓To investigate abuse reports, enforce our terms, protect users, and improve service reliability.

Third Party Processing

• ✓Authentication providers help sign you in and maintain account access.
• ✓Payment and subscription processors handle checkout, billing, invoices, and fraud checks.
• ✓Model and content processing providers receive prompts, uploads, and workflow inputs when a generation request runs.
• ✓Storage, database, email, job orchestration, and infrastructure providers help us keep the service running.

We do not promise that every provider treats submitted content the same way. When your data is sent to a third party processor, that processor may handle it under its own terms, policies, and legal obligations.

Retention and Deletion

• Account, billing, and acceptance records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after that where needed for billing, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
• Unused direct upload sessions expire quickly, and stale unused uploads are scheduled for cleanup.
• Completed outputs, job history, and related request data may remain available in your account until the account is deleted, content is removed for moderation or operational reasons, or retention rules change.

Your Choices

You can manage your account information, delete your account from the product, and contact support about access or deletion requests.
